This beauty from Boonville Barn Collective is your new "use on everything" pepper. Similar in use to a cracked black pepper, but more delicate with a hint of smoke. Keep on the counter and add liberally to everything!

Farmed with organic growing practices and sun ripened throughout the season, these chilies were hand harvested in October 2020.
