Sweet + Spicy Shichimi Togarashi Nut Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, or peanuts)
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. shichimi togarashi


In a bowl, toss nuts, shichimi togarashi, honey, oil, and salt. You might need to warm the honey a little, if it’s thick. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 350° F for 15 minutes, shaking half-way through. If not golden brown, continue baking for 5 minutes.

Pull out of oven, let cool and enjoy!
