- 1/4 cup Darkhorse Organics fermented dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoky Piment d'Ville (or ground black pepper)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 bone in pork chops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil
Mix dijon mustard, piment d'ville, and garlic powder in a small to medium bowl.
Place pork chops on lined baking sheet, and pour mustard mixture over the top, making sure to rub the mixture all over the chops so they are fully covered.
Bake in preheated oven until the pork is slightly pink in the center (~45 minutes) or when a instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees F.
